| I was very pleased with the work, the quote and ability to fit me in to get additional work done in a timely fashion. They called to update me on the progress and discuss their findings and made a time line for further work to be done. Really appreciate the personalized service from my old neighborhood station. |

They explain what they find (in terms I can understand), my options, what is most important to get repaired, what they're going to do and then they do it. What they tell me it will cost, is what it costs. I will and I always do recommend Fairfield Auto. Among having a fantastic dentist, incredible doctor, accountable accountant, fantastic financial planner, an amazing masseuse and all those folks who provide us with outstanding service.
