| Dear Greg, During rush hr. traffic on Frid Sept. 16th a car in the opposite lane crossed the yellow line. To avoid being sideswiped I turned the wheel & my front wheel hit a concrete extension of the curb. I blew my tire. I "limped " to Chintz & Co parking lot, left a note on my car & walked home .Next morning I went down to your station & asked if I had the car towed in that day could it be booked in for repairs. No problem. I ordered the tow truck (& a cab) & the damaged car was brought in. Two new tires & an alignment would be required. I was told it would not be ready until Tues but your guys had it done by Mon at 5pm. I had been helping someone move & my car was very messy & full of junk.. Some kind person cleaned my windshields & vacuumed the inside. Very grateful ! As I am a senior & on my own I was so appreciative to your team for their excellent service. Thank you! |
